Personality Dimensions for Teachers

Workshop Description

Personality Dimensions® significantly improves communication skills; by understanding your students’ communication styles, you will learn why they behave and learn as they do, and how to tailor your teaching and individual interactions with them in order to gain the best result for you and your students. In doing so, you will build more positive relationships with your students and enhance their learning because you will be able to ensure you are meeting the needs of each temperament. By understanding your own temperament, you will also learn how you are perceived by your students – and the innate strengths and weaknesses of your temperament.

Through Personality Dimensions for Teachers, learn to:

• Recognize the temperament of your students
• Understand the unique needs of your students based on their temperament
• Build a lesson plan, assignment plan, and overall classroom experience that meets the unique needs of each temperament
• Learn to communicate one on one with students in a way that meets the needs of their own unique temperament
